The Founder and Co-Founder of the group are the ones who establishes the group or the ones who brings the group into existence. The Founder and Co-Founder are the creative and innovative head of the group. Founders materialize the ideas in their minds into real-time group activities.  The Founder and Co-Founder generates the idea for the group, sometimes the group may need more people for the brilliant execution of the idea. As ideas without implementation would literally mean nothing to the group. In such cases, the Founder and Co-Founder recruits the required Leadership Team.

LEGAL AFFAIRS REALM (God of Underworld)

The legal Affairs Realm is typically responsible for all legal and legal related external and internal matters such as investigations, compliance, processes and outlining internal guidelines for all Realm. This is a diverse, complex, and often unpredictable portfolio of challenges.

What the legal affairs realm does:

Legal Affairs Realm work is likely to be a combination of:

• Transaction support, including in relation to contracting and compliance of all realms
• Helping the organization understand rules and regulatory change that may impact its group model and operations.
• Helping the organization understand the rules and regulatory implications of its new projects, process guidelines and expansion plans.

EVENTS REALM

PLANNING: DENVER VILLAMOR (God of Time)

The Events Realm are the ones in charge in creating a plan from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success and Prepare budgets and ensure adherence They are also the Source and the ones who negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Also, in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters if necessary, etc.). Coordinate all operations and lead promotional activities for the event. Supervise all staff (event Knights, support staff etc.) Approve all aspects before the day of the event and ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. And lastly Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

REALM PROTECTOR (God of Earth)

Realm Protector is responsible for the daily operations or activity of the group, primarily work as the heads of individual handling CHAOS Houses. As a member of PRIMORIDAL DEITIES the realm protector is also expected to keep a CHAOS groups solvent and to promote expansion and innovation. Both Archduke and Duke of each house are directly reporting to the realm protector. 

Realm Protector must proactively report to PROMORDIAL DEITIES providing insights and strategic advice. Developing and implementing managing plans to improve existing group management. Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with the Primordial Deities, Archduke and Duke, Knights. Overseeing CHAOS group activities, financial flows, Charities, and Events. Supervising, guiding, and delegating Knights in their duties. Ensuring CHAOS policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated. Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations. Building and enhancing the CHAOS public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

RECRUITMENT REALM (God of Procreation)

Recruitment Realm who is responsible for directing the recruitment processes for CHAOS. It is required to assess the CHAOS houses or CHAOS REALMS conditions while developing the most effective and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. Recruitment Realm must ensure that all their recruiting activities are following the policies and standards of CHAOS. Recruitment Realm must also maintain good relationships with all houses and Other Realms that are involved with advertisement recruitment.

Recruitment Realm in charge to build realm pipelines for current and future position openings. Lead all sourcing strategies. Manage our external partnerships with outside groups. Implement online and offline CHAOS branding activities. Prepare and review our quarterly recruitment progress.

BUDGET & FINANCE REALM (God of Mountain)

Finance Realm oversee all financial aspects of business and drive CHAOS financial strategy and planning. Responsible for assessing the financial performance of CHAOS as well as possible risks. Finance is responsible for CHAOS long-term financial health and growth. They establish strategies to gain funds, oversee accounting operations, produce accurate reports on where money is going within CHAOS and improve or change current practices to increase efficiency.

The Finance Realms is in charge of leading and managing all finance functions within CHAOS. Retain constant awareness of CHAOS financial position and act to prevent problems. Set targets for and supervise all Knights under Finance Realm. Oversee all audit and internal control operations. Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with Charity and Events Realm. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

ETHAN APXFEL

MULTIMEDIA ARTS REALM (God of Death)

The Multimedia Realm is responsible for social media coordination, video production, asset development (graphics/copy/photos/web), and general marketing strategies for CHAOS. Their talent and ability to produce exciting content that will drives engagement with CHAOS and uplifts the impact of our group.

 

The Multimedia Realm is Responsible for conducting research on media techniques and design ideas. Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, that will be used to all CHAOS Events. Designing and producing attractive multimedia content and creating digital images and original artwork for CHAOS. Recording, editing and Performing media edits bases on feedback.

CHARITY & WELFARE REALM (God of Love)

Charity Realm are responsible for all charity works and Outreach Programs. This could include the roll-out of the charity's strategic vision, financial viability and reporting to Primordial Deities.

Charity Realm are in charge of Planning policies for charity and raising income. Representing the charity at meetings, events and other outside events. Managing relationships with partners and funding bodies. Presenting information about the services your charity offers. Writing funding bids and negotiation. Meeting regularly with the primordial deities and knights.

SPIRITUAL REALM (God of Light)

Spiritual Realm are the ones who provide guidance and support to CHAOS members seeking answers about life’s biggest questions. They may help members find meaning in difficult situations, offer advice on how to live a more fulfilling life, or assist with other spiritual matters such as prayer or meditation.

Spiritual Realm often work with members from all walks of life—from the religiously devout to those who have no religious affiliation at all. Regardless of their beliefs, they aim to provide guidance that is relevant to each individual’s needs and concerns.

Spiritual Realm Serves as a liaison between the CHAOS and affiliated religious organizations. Teaching CHAOS members about religion, spirituality, and ethics through virtual messages, presentations, and even discussions. Counseling members of the congregation on personal and family issues such as marriage and personal problems. Providing spiritual counseling to individuals in times of crisis, such as funerals or natural disasters

PERFORMING ARTS REALM (God of Sky)

Performing Arts Realm is in charge of teaching of Performing Arts and Drama, including planning and preparing training and lessons; setting and marking of work; and assessing, recording and reporting on development, progress and attainment. Honing Talents and preparing in any involvement to all events set by CHAOS. Participating in departmental meetings and taking responsibility in presenting their skill.

RELATIONS AND RECREATIONS REALM (God of Inevitability)

Relations and recreations realm organize Virtual sporting and recreational events. They also develop and/or administer virtual recreation policy. They may liaise with members, knights, Archduke and Duke, including Primordial deities. They may also recruit, train and supervise recreation Knights. They may also initiate and deliver other activities such as hobby groups, CHAOS virtual programs and Cultural Online activities.

Relations and recreations realm typically Plan, organize, and lead  Virtual activities for groups or recreation. Explain the rules of activities and instruct participants at a variety of skill levels. Enforce safety rules to prevent fighting inside the group. Modify activities to suit the needs of the groups, Organize and set up the guidelines to be used in recreational activities

COMMUNICATIONS REALMS (God of sea)

The News and Public affairs or communications realms implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the CHAOS missions and visions.

Oversee all internal and external communications for a CHAOS, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build members loyalty programs, awareness, and satisfaction. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials with the help of Multimedia Realm.
