PLANNING: DENVER VILLAMOR (God of Time)

The Events Realm are the ones in charge in creating a plan from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success and Prepare budgets and ensure adherence They are also the Source and the ones who negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Also, in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters if necessary, etc.). Coordinate all operations and lead promotional activities for the event. Supervise all staff (event Knights, support staff etc.) Approve all aspects before the day of the event and ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. And lastly Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

Recruit and convene a bid committee.	Developing a bid proposal is not always required.
Recruit and convene an organizing committee	Covered by the “Organizing".
Develop an event management plan.	The Events Realm plan is instrumental in coordinating and training people to do organizing work.
Represent the event in dealings with outside parties.	This includes dealings with sponsors, Private groups and the media.
Develop policies.	Policies serve to assist in the process of managing the event as the Event Realms cannot be in all places at the same time.
Monitor the progress of the planning and organization of event tasks.	The event Realm needs to know about aspects of the event organization that are NOT going to plan so that corrective action can be taken.
